ABSint is a consulting and research company specialized in capturing and securing the value created in biobased research and development. ABSint is based in Belgium and the Netherlands, and combines high level consulting with applied research. At the end of 2018, ABSint acquired the blue growth department of eCOAST. With this acquisition, ABSint is now one of the leading experts on entrepreneurship and policy in the marine bio-economy.

ABSint will use its expertise and experience to lead WP6 of MARBLES, and to set up and coordinate the policy (APPLE) and industry panel (PIE).
